About Me

Davwud: Some time ago I hitched my wagon to a southern belle. Being a Canadian and living here it meant that visiting Mrs. Sippi's family required a road trip. On average, four times a year we pack up our dogs and car and make the trip to Alabama. Along the way we've stopped into some great places and decided to start chronicling them. I also plan on spreading the word about some of the great food that we have to offer here at home.
